| How are shipping costs calculated? |

LampDecor.com charges shipping based on product size, shipping weight and UPS destination zone. Express or second-day delivery will incur additional charges. | How does your free shipping promotion work? |
|
We frequently run "free-shipping" offers on select products or groups of products, but we do not raise the prices of these products to cover shipping costs. "Free-shipping" refers to standard ground shipping and applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states only. If you choose an enhanced shipping option such as Express 3-Day delivery you will be charged for the entire cost of the upgraded service.

| What is your return policy? |
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within 21 days of the date you receive it. Call us at (888) 791-0031, or e-mail us at customercare@lampdecor.com for a Return Authorization Number.
Please include the following with your request:
- Your Name
- Order Number
- SKU number of each item returned
- Reason of return for each item
After we receive the product at our warehouse in the same condition it was shipped, we will credit your account or issue a refund for the purchase price, less the original shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If a Free Shipping promotion was applied to your order, it is at our discretion to deduct the discount from your return credit (for example, if you received free shipping for your order, we would issue you a credit for the merchanise returned minus the free shipping discount). LampDecor is an online and mail order store for one reason: We want you to enjoy elegant, sophisticated lighting without spending a fortune. Without a physical retail store, we keep our overhead costs low so we can pass that savings on to you.

| How do I request a catalog? |

At this time we do not mail out a print catalog. You can request to be informed of sales and new product offerings by subscribing to our monthly newsletter. Or simply browse our online catalog by choosing the category you would like to shop in.

| Do you carry lamp parts? |
|
We usually can obtain replacement parts for products we sell as part of our regular inventory. We also offer a range of lamp accessories and shades. For specialty items, contact us and a lighting specialist will help you with your inquiry.

| Why do you need my e-mail address? |
We ask for your e-mail address so that we may keep you informed about the progress of your order. After you place an order, we will send you a confirmation with the details of the order.
When your order ships, we’ll send you a second e-mail that contains your UPS tracking number(s).

| What forms of payment do you accept? |
For online purchases, you may use your American Express®, Visa®, MasterCard®, or Discover® card.
For orders placed by telephone, we also accept personal checks and money orders. Please note that such purchases will not ship until we have received your payment and the funds clear from our bank. This will add time to your order processing. To safeguard your security, personal checks must be imprinted with an address that matches the order shipping address. | What if I find a lower price at another store? |

We at LampDecor strive to offer you products at competitive prices. If you discover an item we carry at a lower price elsewhere, we will match that price.
