We stand behind the products we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return or exchange a product within 21 days of receiving it, less a 15% restocking fee and the initial shipping and handling cost. (For example, if you received free shipping on your order we will issue a credit for the merchandise returned minus the restocking fee and free shipping discount). Merchandise must be unused and uninstalled in its original packaging. Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be made after 21 days.
Damaged and Defective goods
Damaged or defective goods will be repair or replace at no extra cost to the customer. Should the customer wish to return the damaged or defective items then our standard return policy of a 15% restocking fee and initial shipping cost (if applicable) will apply.
Returns of Online Purchases
To ensure that your refund or return is processed accurately and promptly, you must first call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number at (888) 791-0031, or e-mail us at customercare@lampdecor.com. LampDecor.com customer service hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (PST).
Once the product is received at our warehouse in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the amount of the product to the same credit card used for the purchase, less original shipping charges.
Processing of Credit Card Refunds
In order for a credit to be placed on your credit card account, the return must be made within 21 days of receipt of the product. All credit will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
